I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, I really felt it was necessary to highlight the professionalism and level of customer service Linda at Clarey’s provides. I work in healthcare with COVID patients, and at the beginning of the pandemic, I was searching high and low for respiratory protective gear (respirators and PAPR units). A lot of places were (not surprisingly) out of stock with long lead times, but I stumbled upon Clarey’s in my search and decided to call to inquire about inventory. Linda answered the phone, and has been my primary contact throughout this whole process.
Linda at Clarey’s Safety Equipment is just an amazing customer service representative. I wish I could give her 6 stars! I placed and order on a Sunday and she emailed a personal confirmation the same day. I placed another order and she emailed to confirm that I had the correct item as it’s an add-on kit for another item. The shipping is super fast and nicely packaged. I highly recommend Clarey.
