Convert the steamer connection on your communities fire hydrants to storz with adapter to save time at hook-up
- Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6 extruded forging only
- (2) Stainless steel set screws for mounting (must be mounted 180 degrees apart)
- Converter is hard anodized aluminum metal face seal and hard anodized aluminum Storz ramp and lugs
- The NST (NH) thread female adapter contains a flat rubber gasket which seals against the mail hydrant nozzle
- The high torque, anti-theft cap requires a Storz wrench for removal
- Once installed the converter and cap extends less than 3″ from the hydrant nozzle
- 4.5″ NST female low profile connection to 5″ storz
- Includes storz cap with cable
- Commercial grade reflective urethane tape with 7 year durability and 5.5 mil thickness available
- Converter and cap available in blue only
